Requirements

The contractor shall provide services to meet the following:

  • Provide Daily Commute (DC) student bus transportation services in support of the Spangdahlem Military Community, DoDEA-Europe West District, Germany.
  • Prospective contractor(s) shall provide all personnel (management, drivers, safety attendants and safety aides), supervision, services, vehicles, adaptive seat devices, and equipment necessary to transport students and other authorized individuals safely to and from their designated schools and alternate sites for classes and authorized school activities.  Contracted services shall comply with all the DoDEA and Host Nation requirements for student transportation.
