Requirements

  • Expand the 3rd floor of Building 100 on to the roof of the 2nd floor. This expansion will be approximately 3,760 sf and will create OR storage and expand PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) Demolish 1 office, 1 storage room, 1 staff toilet, 1 housekeeping aid closet and 3 PACU bays.
  • Expand and build 1 large OR medical equipment storage area, 1 lead vest storage area, 1 ADA accessible staff toilet, 1 housekeeping aid closet, 1 soiled utility room, 2 PACU medical equipment storage rooms, 1 clean utility storage room, 1 nourishment room, 1 PACU isolation bay and 5 PACU open bays.
  • Expand the interstitial over the new area and expand electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other utilities into the new interstitial space and medical space.
