Requirements

  • The contractor shall provide lifecycle support services to Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) in support of the Carrier and Air Integration Program Office. This support encompasses tasking for existing baselines and future capabilities/systems: engineering, development, integration, training, installation, and sustainment of Domestic, Cooperative (Coop) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). TacMobile provides a ground support capability for command and control, mission direction and coordination for Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) P-8A to United States Navy (USN), Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Cooperative and FMS cases. TacMobile provides theater Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) commanders the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Force (MPRF) contribution to a common tactical picture while delivering pre- and post-flight support to mission crews operating manned and unmanned Maritime Patrol Reconnaissance Aircraft. TacMobile systems are designed to provide around-the-clock or mission direction and overall coordination of concurrent, multi-platform (airborne and surface), multi-mission operations to include foreign coalition aircraft mission tasking.
