Test Facility Infrastructure Requirements

  • Project includes renovation of 138,350 Square Feet (SF) of an existing VBIV facility. The renovation will result in 27,465 SF of Data Center; 55,887 SF of Laboratory; and 54,998 of Administrative Space. New construction of a 18,042 SF one-story building expansion for electrical infrastructure to support the data center and two new exterior stairs is also included. The facility conversion will provide a secure location within the MDA campus enclave to support the classified nature of its mission and stringent requirements for Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP).
