  • The project includes but not limited to the following infrastructure improvements: Construct new Data Center addition to include Electrical (electrical panel, lighting, fire alarm, power distribution (normal, emergency, Bonding, UPS,) Mechanical (new HVAC and ductwork, controls, interface with building management), Construction of new space (site work, utilities, physical security, demo, new construction, finishes), relocate fiber infrastructure MDA, install diversified path to datacenter for WAN Project Building locations include: Buildings 1 and site.
  • The Contractor shall completely prepare buildings and campus for operations, including demolition and removal of existing portions of structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Fargo VA Health Care System – EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades, Tier 2 construction project.
