Requirements

The contract performance requirement is meant to provide day–to-day base operation services to the locations identified above. Current active locations are Morón Air Base (AB), Spain, Incirlik Air Base (IAB), Izmir Air Station (IAS), Office of Defense Cooperation-Turkey (ODC-T), and Ankara Support Facility (ASF), Turkey. As previously stated, the locations are not limited and work may fluctuate across all work locations based on changes in mission and available resources, which will be reflected contractually. The required support for BOS shall fall into one of the following categories: 1) General Requirements, 2) Program Management 3) Civil Engineering, 4) Communications Support, 5) Force Support Services, 6) Logistics Support Services, 7) Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene & Ambulance Services, 8) Medical Maintenance Operations Maintenance Services (MMOMS), 9) Administrative Services, and 10) Transient Alert. All required support services are for both the Government and contractor self-sustainment at the various mission locations.
