THIS PART IS MANUFACTURED BY ITT AEROSPACE CONTROLLS LLC (CAGE 73760) UNDER PART NUMBER 104926A. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTICTED PROCUREMENT (OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION).

THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 5 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 88 EACH. DELIVERY WILL BE 196 DAYS AFTER DATE OF ORDER. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE WILL TAKE PLACE AT DESTINATION. FOB IS AT ORIGIN.
