Requirements

The scope of work includes the following but is not limited to:

  • Drill new water well to provide an additional potable water source for site; upgrade and add piping in wellhouse; replace chlorination system in wellhouse; and a new telemetry system.
  • Work shall include temporary potable water storage if system is offline for more than 24 hours) and phasing of work to minimize impacts to residents. All work shall include disinfection and testing (of temporary and permanent facilities), pressure testing of permanent facilities, connections and all appurtenances required to provide a functioning well and potable water system

  • Commission and cap existing well in building.
  • Install new valve vault near existing water storage tank.
  • Install water storage tank upgrades
