Requirements

  • The Contractor shall perform RDT&E activities on a wide range of aircraft and weapons systems to include but shall not be limited to Test Planning, Design, Test Article Fabrication and Preparation, Test Site Preparation, Controls, Instrumentation and Data Acquisition, Test Execution, Documentation, Logistics, Facility Maintenance, and General Technical Services. The Contractor shall perform tasks in support of projects and customers identified in the Weapons Survivability Laboratory (WSL) schedule. The Contractor shall seek a cost-effective approach throughout execution of WSL programs and projects tasking. The Contractor shall develop and execute test plans in accordance with governing WSL and customer policies and project goals and with approval of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
