Contract Field Teams (CFT)

The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the Contract Field Teams (CFT) program. The CFT program provides on-site maintenance support for various active weapon systems in the US Government inventory, such as aircraft, missiles, ground support equipment and vehicles. The CFT program supports multiple customers, including the US Air Force and other DoD and Government agencies, both in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).

The solicitation number for this requirement is FA810823R0003.

The solicitation date is estimated to be September 2023 and the award date is estimated to be May 2024.

The value of the contract is estimated to be $8 billion. The competition type is small business set-aside and full and open / unrestricted.

The type of award is an agency-specific indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The primary requirement is defense and aerospace. The duration of the contract is 10 years.

The CFT contractors will perform modification, organizational/intermediate/depot maintenance, inspection and repair of active systems at customer facilities located worldwide. The CFT contractors will also perform modification, maintenance, inspection and repair of associated support equipment for any Federal Agency or authorized Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer locations worldwide. All weapon systems supported under this contract will be non-commercial and must have Government owned technical data. These requirements will not be personal services.
