Army LOGCAP VI Requirements

  • The purpose of the Army LOGCAP VI is to rapidly provide scalable sustainment capability to meet commanders’ operational requirements to enable freedom of action, extended operational reach, and prolong endurance. The Army LOGCAP VI is a Department of the Army Regulatory Program directed by Army Regulation (AR) 700-137, to augment the force by providing a service capability to meet externally driven operational requirements for rapid contingency augmentation support. The required LOGCAP services are:

    • Facilities Management, e.g. roads and grounds Services, perimeter fencing, Clamshell/Tent Repairs
    • HAZMAT Management/Storage
    • Vector & Pest Management Services
    • Laundry Service Operations
    • Food Service Operations
    • Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Services
    • Power Generation Services
    • Water Production Services
    • Billeting Maintenance
    • Waste & Sewage Management
    • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operations
    • Reefer Maintenance
    • Vehicle Maintenance
    • Agricultural Cleaning
    • Transportation Motor Pool Operations
    • Class III Retail Operations
    • Fire Fighting & Protection Services

  • All the above services or any combination of them could be requested to be performed across multiple sites that range in size, scope, and complexity.  Due to the nature of the Army LOGCAP VI requirements and operational environments supported, the size and scope are subject to continuous change with rapid schedules.
  • The USG envisions awarding two Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOCs). The two SATOCs are as follows:
    • 1) One SATOC will support requirements in the East Strategic Support Area (SSA) and will include NORTHCOM (East), EUCOM, CENTCOM, and AFRICOM.
    • 2) The second SATOC will support requirements in the West SSA and will include NORTHCOM (West), INDOPACOM, and SOUTHCOM.
  • The USG also envisions awarding Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) set-aside for NORTHCOM CONUS Small Business requirements. Task orders will be awarded in a manner that optimizes mission support while supporting small businesses and set asides. The USG is considering a task order award rotation for certain requirements.
