GPS Solicitation Requirements

Armed security guard services within the following Combatant Commands’ Area of Responsibility (AOR): PACOM, NORTHCOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM, and INDO-PACOM

  • Guard and protective security services
  • Aid in the coordination of planning and execution of armed/unarmed security operations around the globe
  • Preventing, deterring, detecting, and detaining by use of necessary force
  • Crisis management
  • Maintain access and exit control of areas
  • Prevent entry to the perimeter fencing/wall, building or structure
  • Provide immediate and detailed warnings of any imminent or actual threat actions
  • Security services to escort any asset (personnel or cargo) from any US/NATO location to an unsecured outside location and back

The GPS program provides Armed and Unarmed guard (Fixed and Mobile) and protective security services in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other applicable agencies. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform armed or unarmed security guard services and protective security services
