The Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) has issued a competitive solicitation for the procurement of a spare part. The procurement will be evaluated based on capacity, delivery, and past performance—factors that are more important than price. The effort includes standard government inspection, warranty, and acceptance clauses, and allows for early and incremental deliveries.
