Background

Requirements

  • This is a non-personal services contract to provide advisory and assistance services to the Army Evaluation Center (AEC) herein referred to as AEC Support Services (AECSS). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall not engage in any functions that are inherently governmental in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.5, Inherently Governmental Functions. If the Contractor believes that any actions constitute, or are perceived to constitute, personal services, the Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer immediately.
  • AECSS is a requirement to procure specialized personnel, materials, and expertise performing a wide variety of advisory and assistance tasks related to the test and evaluation (T&E) programs at AEC and may include management and professional support services; studies, analyses, and evaluations; and engineering and technical services. The Contractor shall provide services to directorates within AEC, to include the divisions within directorates, and any individual project. Individual task orders will be awarded under this contract and the requirements for each will be defined therein.
