  • Quality assurance services for Civil Works and Military/Vertical Construction projects are to be performed. Services include assessment and monitoring of compliance with plans, specifications, and ancillary documents, quality assurance review of submittals, reports, plans, studies, technical documents, and any other Construction.
  • Contractor document to assure compliance with plans, specifications, and ancillary documents; reporting of findings to the Field COR; materials testing; cost estimate quantity take-offs; construction and project scheduling support; geotechnical lab tests and borings, with no PE judgment; file and data management; and other similar non-design tasks, as necessary.
