Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide sustainment support for NAVWAR’s utilization of N-ERP, including planning for all major and minor system upgrades, engineering changes, request for engineering, software, and product architectural changes across NAVWAR in direct support of the CEBO.
  • The contractor shall provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the principles, processes, methodologies, and practical application of the SAP COTS and N-ERP software products. Specific programmatic and technical support shall be provided in the N-ERP functional areas of Business Process Definition, Program Management; Business Information Management, Data Warehouse Management, User Management, Reporting and Reports Development, Organizational Communications, Organization Change Management, Training, Configuration Management; Quality Assurance, Testing, and Sustainment.
  • The Contractor shall provide technical support in data analytics including business intelligence, data warehousing, data extraction, data transformation, data loading, data modeling, big data analytics platforms, data lakes, data integration, data visualization, reporting, robotic process automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and emerging COTS data analytics technologies and tools.
  • The contractor shall provide technical support on business process re-engineering and digitization in conjunction with data analytics and business process automation.
  • The Contractor shall provide technical support on data analytics and process automation tools and applications such as Oracle 11g, Informatica, Amazon Redshift, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), Tableau, and similar commercial and open source products widely used in industry.
  • The Contractor shall write technical papers, develop plans, and perform migrations as necessary to adopt future data analytics COTS products.
