  • The contractor shall cover requirements for the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic USCG Integrated Product Team (IPT) to provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Afloat and Ashore based communications support, maintenance, and sustainment on USCG platforms, including Patrol Boats (WPB), Medium Endurance Cutter (WMEC), High Endurance Cutter (WHEC), Icebreaker (WAGB), Maritime Security Cutter, Large (WMSL)/National Security Cutter (NSC), Fast Response Cutter (FRC), Offshore Patrol Cutters (OPC), Polar Security Cutters (PSC), Shore/Mobile platforms, Deployable Specialized Forces (DSF) units, Maritime Force Protection Units (MFPU), and USCG Training Center platforms, and associated United States Navy (USN) platforms. This support encompasses program management services and engineering and technical services, including design, computer aided drafting (CAD), technology evaluation support, technical services support, configuration management support, material procurement, system and component integration and implementation, system testing, equipment repair, training, and sustainment support for multiple USCG commands, including Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Technology Service Center (C4ITSC), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber & Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), United State Coast Guard Academy (CGA), USCG/Department Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters and subordinate commands, and Surface Force Logistics Center (SFLC).
