  • Each task order will detail the specific scope of work, which may include, but is not limited to, design and engineering services for the preparation of plans and specifications for Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects, design analyses, cost estimates, studies, DD1391 development, and Design-Build Request for Proposal (RFP) package development. Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) may also be included as required. Work shall be performed in accordance with applicable U.S. and Japanese laws, regulations, and standards.
