Requirements

  • The Contractor shall:
    • Provide non-personal engineering, management services, scientific & technical support services, logistics support services and data management support services to for the research, design, development, improvement, integration, testing, prototyping, and/or sustainment. These non-personal services are in support of pyrotechnic devices, Counter Man-Portable Air-Defense Systems (MANPADS), Airborne Expendable Countermeasures (AECM) including both infrared (IR) and Radio Frequency (RF), off-board countermeasures and dispensing systems, AECM dispensing systems, and IR Countermeasures Stimulator systems for aircraft, vessels, vehicles or facility protection systems and technical & program management support across a wide range of laser technologies and applications development activities.
