Requirements

  • Services are required to support program objective development, detailed exercise planning, exercise data collection and observation, post-exercise reconstruction and analysis, and reporting of exercise outcomes. Exercise products assess warfighting wholeness of training, tactics, and combat systems performance. REM assessments directly influence Navy budget decisions to address warfighting capability gaps. The principal place of performance is Naval Station San Diego in California. Traveling to different locations CONUS and OCUNUS is required.
