Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide all required facilities, personnel, services, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies. Clinical reference laboratory services will support the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Coast Guard, and the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Use of this contract will be limited to those agencies identified in the attached performance work statement. All tests shall be executed at the Contractor’s premises, or within the Contractor’s network of laboratories [affiliate(s) or qualified subcontractor(s)
