Requirements

  • The purpose of this Task Order is to provide weapon systems safety studies, analyses, investigation, audits, and project management support to assist on assigned projects to determine and communicate the level of safety risk associated with systems. The studies, analyses, and investigations will include analyses or reviews of historical data, system designs, processes, procedures, equipment, interfaces, environments, and other relevant system data to determine the potential for safety risk for a specific event or new Life-Cycle phase. Additionally, this Task Order is to provide facilities and administrative support to the Weapon System Explosives Safety Review Board (WSESRB) and its Technical Review Panels (TRPs). Further, this Task Order provides for the management, maintenance, update and administrative support services for Government-owned systems safety engineering workforce development class and workshop materials as well as instruction and facilitation of these classes and workshops.
