Requirements

The Contractor shall:

  • Provide base operations support services in Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California which primarily consists of maintenance, repair, alteration services, and minor construction (incidental to service work).
  • The Contractor shall develop, implement, and execute a Preventative Maintenance Program Plan that includes, but is not limited to planned and corrective maintenance, inspection, testing, and certification as recurring services to maintain and repair all mechanical systems, assets and components identified in the FI inventories.
