Requirements

  • The project includes but is not necessarily limited to construct BCE Complex building consisting of approximately 26,500 SF office and workspace supporting Base Engineering, Readiness, Emergency Management, and Pavements and Grounds maintenance in support of Air National Guard rescue operations. Base engineering functional areas include: shop space supporting structures, electrical, power production, utilities, liquid fuels, entomology, and HVAC as well as pavements maintenance. Administrative and training classroom space required to support base engineering and Readiness & Emergency Management. Storage space needed to support certain items of equipment and supplies needed for installation operations, maintenance, and mobility storage. Contractor will be required to install systems, steel frame support, exterior structure, interior walls, HVAC systems, communications wiring, restrooms, millwork, utilities, access pavements, fire protection/detection, fire suppression, site work, antiterrorism force protection measures, erosion control, drainage structures and landscape. Site work includes but not limited to utility work inclusive of water, electrical, communications infrastructure, natural gas, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer connections to existing infrastructure.
