Background

The Marketplace Service Desk (MSD) program represents a comprehensive service delivery framework designed to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) operations. The program encompasses three primary tasks that work synergistically to deliver high-quality technical support, robust reporting capabilities, and strategic program management. The MSD Contractor must have experience processing at least 120,000 tickets annually as well as be able to respond to at least 2 surges throughout the year.
