Requirements

The Contractor shall:

  • Complete the interior build out of B9678 weapons maintenance storage addition project.
  • Provide project which consists of interior finishes, lowering fire sprinkler heads to appropriate height of drop ceiling, locating fire alarm devices to actual locations, completing HVAC, removing temporary ductless split unit (return to CES), electrical & comm work, furniture and existing joint between old building and addition.
  • Provide frame interior wall around window between addition and room 119 to preserve existing window.
  • Provide exterior work which includes raising existing transformer pad to include regrading, CMU infill and match existing exterior finishes, horizontal chain link fencing and gate at exterior.
