Background

Information Technology (IT) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) services provided by USACISA-P enable Mission Command (MC) capabilities for United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and United States Forces Korea (UNC/CFC/USFK) operations. All C4I IT systems and services, including programs-of-record (POR), are integrated into the CENTRIXS-K network. Additionally, the CENTRIXS-K network enables collaboration across the battlespace, ensuring that all acquired data is collected, processed and disseminated to the warfighter.

Requirements

  • This PWS defines the Contractor provided non-personal CENTRIXS-K network IT, CYBERSECURITY, NETWORK OPERATIONS, and MAINTENANCE services for USACISA-P. The Contractor shall provide IT expertise and personnel support for CENTRIXS-K network O&M and technical support in the implementation of the Network and Network Operations (NetOps) capabilities. In order to provide interoperable, synchronized, and secure information operations supporting intra and inter-service mission requirements, USACISA-P must provide: network standards; operational requirements reviews; functional requirements management; architecture, design, and implementation plan reviews; Information Assurance (IA)/Systems & Security, Cybersecurity and Operational 2 Engineering for IT systems and networks that are secure, responsive, and available to the users for whom they support. The Contractor shall analyze systems, programs, and applications for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and suitability for connecting to the Army’s Enterprise Network (e.g., standards creation and sustainment; management and traceability; IT-metrics project management, service management, and process management; IT infrastructure configuration, change, and release management; and Tier Three problem management. The Contractor shall support these services at locations throughout the Peninsula of Korea.
