General requirements:

  • The contractor shall perform all services to receive equipment and/or subassemblies, verify the material and unit condition
  • The contractor shall deliver completed restored/repaired units to the Naval Supply System or user activity
  • The contractor shall perform restoration, repair, overhaul, and calibration services to include equipment removal, insertion, or re-insertion into existing infrastructure, verification checkout, and testing on C4ISR equipment
  • The contractor shall perform all services for receiving, accountability, inventorying, packing and shipping of C4ISR equipment
  • The contractor shall provide system level training

Specific requirements:

  • Overhaul – The contractor shall perform the process of restoring/refurbishing/reconditioning an item to con-form to current technical specifications of the item with a life expectancy equivalent to similarly configured new equipment for aircraft, and land base equipment
  • Repair – The contractor shall perform the processes of repair/reconditioning to as-manufactured and operational or Ready For Issue (RFI) condition
