  • The contractor will also provide a focused and coordinated effort for improvement in the energy-efficient operation of key facilities and will research and make recommendations for energy conservation programs such as those offered through Energy Saving Performance Contracting (ESPC) and Utilities Energy Service Contracts (UESC). I
  • The contractor will help identify the types of contract(s) needed for cost-effective demand management and energy conservation as well as Statement of Work (SOW) for each. The goal is to assure ICE meets all relevant standards related to federal environmental and energy law, policy, technical standards, codes, management controls and objectives, statutory requirements, rules, and regulations on a national scope while increasing resilience and cutting costs.
