The subject requirements consist of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the design and construction of various improvements of the Taos Visitors Centers which includes:

  • The Wild River Visitor Center (WRVC): This visitor center is approximately 2,707 square feet and was built in 1995. The associated parking lot and overflow parking is approximately 6,975 square yards. The Wild River project is located at 1120 Cerritos Road, Cerro, New Mexico 87556
  • The Rio Grande Gorge Visitor Center (RGGVC): This visitor center is approximately 2,235 square feet and was built in the early 1970s and refurbished in the mid 1990’s. The Rio Grande project location is: 2873 NM-68, Taos, New Mexico 87571
