Requirements

Project Scope:

  • This project will provide pavement improvements on sections of Hartshorne Drive and Atlantic Drive. The
    project includes segments of 4” mill and asphalt overlay, segments of ultra-thin overlay, and segments of crack
    fill and patch. The project also includes striping/pavement markings as well as replacement of gates, traffic loops,
    guardrails, concrete curbs, and bluestone curbs.
  • The contractor will be responsible for traffic control, erosion control, and small segments of topsoil placement and seeding along the roadway edges
