Requirements

  • Contractors will be required to provide all personnel, equipment and materials and dedicated A-E support, where required, to perform a wide range of roofing construction activities.
  • This includes work to DB and DBB Construction at various locations, to include known requirements and requirements specifically developed in coordination with all the customers SAC supports.
  • The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will be SAC’s primary customer for this tool as the VA has an agency-wide agreement with USACE to execute work on their behalf and that agreement requires that USACE prioritize contracts utilizing a SDVOSB set-aside whenever possible.
