Requirements

  • The Contractor must furnish a drill crew consisting of at least one journeyman-level drill operator and one experienced drill helper. Additional qualifications may be included in the SOW. In addition, the SOW may indicate the need for traffic control flaggers. The Contractor is responsible under this agreement for the control, management, and supervision of the day-to-day activities and performance of their employees and subcontractors while performing the services required by the agreement. Services to be delivered under this agreement by the Contractor to the Government are non-personal as defined by FAR Part 37. Work will consist mainly of geotechnical drilling
