Requirements

  • Potential future requirements in this notice consist of the respondent enabling INS modernization and productions efforts by serving as the System Design Agent (DA) and providing Engineering Support (ES) as well as manufacturing the modernized INS. This system is designated as the AN/WSN-12 INS and support for the potential future requirements is expected from Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 through FY 2031 with the first INS shipset (generally two INS per ship) delivery required no-later than the 4th quarter of calendar year 2026 with a minimum of two-shipsets per month thereafter. The total number of shipsets required has not been determined. This potential opportunity may be referred to as “INS DA/ES-P”.
