Requirements

  • Construction will consist of a deep reinforced concrete foundation (pier and grade beam), structural slab, structural steel framing, insulated metal panel exterior walls, interior masonry or metal stud partitions, and a sloped standing seam metal roof. Building systems will include electrical, mechanical, water, sewer, fire and lighting protection systems, security systems, and NIPR and SIPR communications systems. Overall site improvements include clearing, grubbing, grading, minor demolition, drainage, utility, and communications connections, plus access paving, parking, and walkways as applicable.
