Requirements

Construction of structures and facilities, repair, maintenance, and alteration of real property assets within the confines of Malmstrom AFB, Weapons Storage Area (WSA), and Missile Alert Facility (MAF) and Launch Facility (LF) sites located throughout Montana.

Previous Requirements

  • The awarded contract would be for the repair, maintenance, repair by replacement, and alteration of real property assets within the confines of Malmstrom AFB; including the Weapons Storage Area (WSA) and sites located throughout Montana within the Missile Complex
  • The Government is interested in contractors that have the ability to serve in the capacity of “Prime” contractors whom have the ability to accomplish multiple craft type projects through the usage of subcontractors.
    Possible subcontracting opportunities would be electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression systems, fire alarm and detection systems, excavations, road and asphalt improvements, and HTHW Systems
  • The work covered by this Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) consists of the Contractor furnishing all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals required for performing all operations in connection with each task order awarded under the MATOC. All work will be conducted at Malmstrom AFB, MT to include both the Base and the Missile Complex. Each individual task order will need to be completed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and drawings assigned to each task order.
  • Contractor shall carefully consider the following when contemplating any specific task identified by the government reflecting any special or unusual conditions which may affect the Contractor’s work such as:
    • Phasing requirements
    • Work area availability
    • Joint occupancy
    • Scheduling
    • Required notice requirements
    • Requirements for Contractor employees to enter secured work areas
    • Traffic control
    • Temporary heating/cooling
    • Required certificates prior to award
    • Required work plans
    • Any other special conditions
