Requirements

Maintenance, repair, minor construction, design, and build projects on real property at Minot AFB, ND, including its 8,500 square mile missile field. MACC contractors will have fair opportunity to compete for task orders within the general construction category.

Work includes, but is not limited to, maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, demolition, painting, site work, earthwork and paving, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, fire protection, millwork, and other specialty construction.
