Background

NIWC Atlantic provides ME&A assessment support across DOW requirements, resources, and acquisition processes and stakeholders. These efforts are focused on maturing operational concepts, identifying operational and system of systems gaps, evaluating trades of potential capability solutions, investigating potential mission impact from new materiel and non-materiel solutions, assessing integration of materiel and non-materiel solutions, and informing experimentation.

Requirements

  • Provide mission engineering, mission integration, mission architecture, and warfare analysis expertise in performing research, wargaming, analysis, assessments, experimentation, and testing to address current and future warfighter needs. This includes utilizing advanced digital engineering tools and practices to generate the empirical data necessary to achieve the above objectives and requirements.
