Previous Requirements

  • The Contractor will provide AFTC with efficient and effective performance-based supply, and LMCA services with highly qualified, fully trained, professional, and dedicated workforce. With the exception of the items/services specified as being government-furnished, the contractor shall provide all resources (labor and materials) to perform the Supply services at Edwards AFB.
  • The Contractor shall execute established procedures outlined in the most current version of Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 23-110 USAF Supply Manual, Air Force Instruction (AFI) 23-101 Materiel Management, AFMAN 23-122 Materiel Management Procedures, Air Force Handbook (AFH) 23-123 Materiel Management Handbook and Air Force Materiel Command Instruction (AFMCI) 23-201 Logistics Material Control Activity (LMCA) Operation Instruction.
  • The Contractor must continuously keep abreast of, and implement, all technical changes and upgrades to standard systems in order to ensure mission readiness. Unless otherwise specified, all chapter references contained in the Performance Work Statement apply to AFMAN 23-110, AFI 23-101, AFMAN 23-122, or AFH 23-123.
  • Higher headquarters will be permitted direct evaluation (i.e., on-site assessment by evaluators) of contracted function IAW AFI 20-112, Logistics Readiness Squadron Quality Assurance Program (LRS QA).
  • The Contractor shall procure all resources (storing, inspecting, inventorying, issuing, returning, repair cycle, and customer support) to provide top quality, customer-oriented, Materiel Management Operations, and Customer Logistics Support Team (CLST) services, with the exception of the items/services specified as being government-furnished in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
