Requirements

  • The ATOM-6 contract includes a broad scope of research and institutional facility related maintenance, operations, and engineering support services, including the development of new and emerging capabilities and technologies that will evolve over the life of the contract
  • While most work is directly in support of ARC, Industry Partners and Government Agencies may be supported on occasion at remote sites
  • The Contractor shall, except as otherwise specified, furnish all personnel, training, and management necessary to perform the following requirements:
    • Contract management, customer service, and work management
    • Research and test facilities operations and testing
    • Support facilities operations including, but not limited to, steam, compressed air, electrical power distribution, energy management, cooling, and lubrication systems
    • Research, test, and institutional facility maintenance
    • Repairs, modification, construction, and system development
    • Maintenance services including, but not limited to, reliability centered maintenance, repairs, lean maintenance practices, instrumentation calibration, instrumentation metrology, and data systems maintenance
    • Facilities systems construction design, engineering, planning, and execution
    • Engineering services including, but not limited to, configuration management, reliability engineering, quality assurance, safety and risk engineering evaluations, pressure system recertification, in addition to drafting and project management/planning support
    • Research and test facility technology development including, but not limited to, facility automation systems, data acquisition systems, instrumentation systems, and test techniques
    • Management of documentation, drawing files, construction specifications including virtual libraries
    • IT services including, but not limited to, administration, planning, development, maintenance, test support, project management, IT security, and deployment for ATOM-6 facilities specific systems
    • Equipment management support for all ATOM-6 facility equipment
