Background

The Integrated Communications and Information Systems (ICIS) Division, Code 4.5.10, of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) provides engineering and technical services to support the systems engineering and life-cycle support of communications and information systems. These services are provided in response to tasking from Department of Defense, other U.S. Government organizations, and NATO partners. Efforts span the entire systems and equipment life cycle from initial needs assessment to sustainment and disposal.

The scope of the contract encompasses strategic and tactical airborne; land-based; and mobile, sea-based surface and sub-surface, or space-based platforms, systems, subsystems or components.
