Previous Requirements

  • The contractor shall respond to the immediate crisis on behalf of FEMA.
  • The contractor shall provide and maintain turnkey service, which includes but is not limited to 500 temporary turnkey staff to perform data entry, including Registration Intake, Helpline, following scripted instructions, and any duties required to meet the mission.
  • Automated Data Processing (ADP) and telecom equipment and network services, including call processing equipment, and facilities and network services for the purpose of responding to incoming calls and accepting applications for disaster assistance.
  • All facilities provided shall conform to the requirements set forth in the base contract and must be located within the contiguous 48 states.
