Requirements

The contractor shall:

  • Operate and maintain those vessels to support the assigned missions identified. The vessels shall be operated in a professional manner and maintained in a good operable condition. Vessels shall be mission-ready at all times (excluding scheduled maintenance, repair and overhaul periods).
  • Operate the vessels and related systems and equipment in accordance with all relevant laws, terms of this contract, United States Coast Guard (USCG) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) rules and regulations that would apply as if it is owned by a non-government entity, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a valid USCG Certificate of Inspection and ABS Classifications (including all statutory certificates) at all times. This contract requires the Contractor to possess and maintain a SECRET facilities clearance and to employ personnel with SECRET security clearances.
