CONTRACT VALUE

The maximum dollar ceiling for the PRISM MATOC, including the Option periods, if exercised, is $1,800,000,000.

PRISM On-Ramp Requirements

The contractor shall provide services to meet the following:

P&R Functional Areas:

  • P&R Front Office: Provision of organized staff services to a DoD or other federal agencies to execute management functions and facilitate responsibilities for formulating, coordinating, and communicating major policy decisions and acting as the primary focal point to ensure synchronization and integration of matters spanning DoD or other federal agency enterprise.
  • P&R Readiness: Work regarding strategic and operational readiness for the military, force training, or other federal workforces’ education programs and the safety of the DoD or civilian workforce.
  • P&R Chief Talent Management Office: Work regarding talent management policies for military and/or civilian workforces.
  • P&R Manpower & Reserve Affairs: Work regarding civilian and/or military personnel policies, reserve or other federal agency integration, military and/or civilian community family policies, and total force planning.
  • P&R Defense Health Agency: Work regarding the delivery of world-class health care to all DoD or other federal agency military or civilian members, retirees, and families.
  • P&R Office of Force Resiliency: Work regarding the strengthening and promoting the resiliency and readiness of the total force or other federal agency work force, through the development of integrated policies, oversight, and synchronization of activities in the areas of diversity management and equal opportunity, personnel risk reduction, suicide prevention, sexual assault prevention and response, and collaborative efforts with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs or other federal agencies.
  • P&R Financial Management Support: Work providing DoD or other federal agency Financial Management, technical staff and expertise to support missions related to the development, deployment, operations, and sustainment of the DoD or other federal agency program applications and related business processes.

MDoDS Functional Areas:

  • MDoDS Sustainment: Work regarding the operation and sustainment of the MDoDS (DRRS or similar MDoDS). This includes the day-to-day program operation, program monitoring, life cycle maintenance, training, help desk services, management support, the program’s cybersecurity posture, systems engineering and integration, and system testing necessary to support the evolving and emerging needs of DoD or other federal agencies.
  • MDoDS Modernization: Work regarding the development of new system functionality, the modernization and expansion of existing functionality, and sustainment of such, within the MDoDS (DRRS or similar MDoDS). This includes defining requirements, reviewing designs, systems engineering and integration, system testing, lifecycle maintenance, training, help desk services, and management support associated with work developed under this effort.
  • MDoDS Lifecycle Support: Work regarding life cycle support for the MDoDS (DRRS or similar MDoDS), including maintaining and sustaining current programs’ functionality and viability, and all other areas necessary to support the successful utilization of the MDoDS.
