The Contractor shall:

  • Construct six (6) reinforced concrete Earth Covered Magazines (ECMs) of the type called Navy Modular Storage Magazines and upgrade an existing ammunition storage pad at Naval Base Guam. This design-bid-build project includes site improvements such as new access roads, security fencing, landscaping, selective site demolition, and a drainage system.
