Background

CMS is an Operating Division within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). CMS was created in 1977 to administer the national Medicare and Medicaid programs, which now provide health insurance benefits to more than 60 million beneficiaries. Requirements

The contractor will provide comprehensive IT support services for all aspects of RASS, including but not limited to:

  • Daily O&M of systems, data processing, and reporting
  • Execution and validation of risk score model runs
  • Agile-based development and DevOps pipeline support
  • Cloud modernization (AWS), monitoring, and cost optimization
  • Security compliance and continuity of operations
  • Business analysis, training, and PMO support
  • Transition support (in and out) as needed
