Requirements

There will be two lots:

  • Lot 1 – Small Business Set-Aside:
    • Scope: New construction of U.S. Navy and FMS aluminum and steel boats, targets, and service craft
    • Examples (incl but not limited to): Patrol boats, oil spill response boats, maneuvering targets, FMS variants, YRBM, and YC
  • Lot 2 – Full and Open Competition:
    • Scope: New construction of U.S. Navy Service Craft and/or FMS equivalent
    • Examples: APL(S) and AFDM
