Requirements

  • This contract will provide professional analytical, technical, and logistic services to support the modernization, sustainment, and deployment of specialized aircraft, mission equipment, and support systems used in Army special operations. Contractor personnel will collaborate with various agencies on design, testing, simulation, sustainment, and deployment, requiring a strong understanding of systems acquisition, integration, test, logistics, and sustainment.
  • Work will cover user requirement definition, aircraft modifications, test and evaluation, development, integration, logistics, unmanned systems, simulation, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence, Information Technology, Avionics/Electrical systems, Aircraft Electronic Warfare systems, Sensor systems, Mission Planning, Armament, Ground Support Equipment, and related enablers. Some personnel will perform aviation unit maintenance tasks, including in-flight duties. While support will focus on the specialized needs of Special Operations Aviation (SOA) until Future Vertical Lift (FVL) deployment, some participation in FVL development is expected.
