Requirements

  • The contractor shall operate MPOs and provide postal support to authorized personnel and organizations, including authorized coalition personnel and units, at locations within the 9 AF (AFCENT) AOR. The contractor must be able to comply with all U.S. law, U.S. code, as well as established USPS, DoD, Combatant Command, and service component rules and regulations as it applies to domestic mail supporting the Department of Defense overseas.
  • The contractor shall be licensed and able to perform work in each of the countries identified in this requirement at contract start., without delaying the start of contract performance because it is not in compliance with host nation business and labor rules and laws.
