Architect-Engineering and Engineering Services that may be required under this contract include:

  • PLANS: Global Shore Infrastructure Plans (GSIPs), Installation Development Plans (IDPs),Installation Climate Resilience Plans (ICRPs), Area Development Plans (ADPs), Regional Integration Plans (RIPs); Functional Plans; Maintenance and Sustainment Plans; Integrated Product Support Plans; Encroachment Action Plans (EAPs); Family Housing and Bachelor Quarters Comprehensive Neighborhood Plans (CNPs); Activity Overview Plans; Installation Appearance Plans (IAPs – formerly Base Exterior Architecture Plans (BEAPs)), Installation Optimization and Modernization Plans.
  • PROJECT PLANNING DOCUMENTS: The preparation of Military Construction (MILCON) and Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) Special Project Planning Documentation (DD Form 1391 project documentation) using the Government’s project development software. Preparation of: Construction Cost Estimates, Preliminary and Parametric Cost Estimates, Siting-Land Use Studies/Analyses; Special Site Approvals (EMR, Ordnance, Airfield, etc.); Economic Analyses (EAs) using the latest version of the Government’s ECONPACK software; Asset Evaluations (AEs); Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs) Documentation; Facilities Planning Documents (FPDs) using the Government’s webbased iNFADS program; Preliminary Hazard Analyses (PHAs); Preliminary Hazard Lists(PHLs), Sustainable Design Studies based on US Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) concepts and scoring procedures.
  • STUDIES: Concept Studies; Special Planning Studies, Business Case Analysis Studies, Traffic/Parking/Movement (Pedestrian & Vehicular) Studies; Facilities Planning Studies, Feasibility Studies, Analysis of Alternatives, Safety Studies, Air Installation Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ); Range Air Installation Compatible Use Zones (RAICUZ) studies; site studies; facilities life cycle studies; Activity Planning and Management Models (APMMs), Electronic Land Use/Planning tools/studies.
  • Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS) studies, to include: surveys, facility management plans, requirements and criteria generation, and logistics element manager support.
